3D modeling Commission Information
TOS
General
By commissioning you agree to all of my terms of service.
- Please provide a Character Sheet showing the front, back, side of your model and sharing additional reference Images of your character is also okay.
_ I will not accept just one reference from a sketch before discussing about the commission.
-requesting for a whole new design of your model will cost you more money.
- Commissions are accepted via Twitter & Discord DMs.
- I have the right to refuse your commission request.
- I have the right to log any and all conversations about the commission.
- I have the right to stream the process of your commission unless you states otherwise.
- after completing your coms, there will be a 2 week window open for only requesting redesigns/fixs of your model.
- asking for early deadlines before others will be declined because that's not fair for others.
- You must credit me in your BIO or about page on your channel.
- Deadlines can be requested.
- I am allowed to post the commission on my social media but please let me know if you wish to keep private it until your debut.
- You are free to use your model for streaming/videos.
- I Cannot accept references from AI generated art.
- I cannot accept any type of AI generated models being used.
- PUTTING MY 3D MODELS INTO AI GENERATORS IS PROHIBITED.
- selling my 3d Models is prohibited.
Payment
- Payment be done on PayPal.
- I will only start on your commission once a deposit of half of the payment has been sent, once the model is finished, the final payment will be made and you will receive the model.
-The price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity.
- The starting price range is stated in each commission info.
- Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used on Twitch, Youtube & Tiktok. Commercial use: + 10%

If TOS has been breached, you will be given a chance to negotiate with me. Failure to do so will result in a voided commission, revoked license, blacklisted, and no refunds.
